- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would. The office staff, manager Liz included, are rude and inept. I agree wholeheartedly with prior reviews that this practice's sole focus is simply taking your money, not proving quality dental care. I have made appointments to have the office staff call last minute telling me they "over booked and needed to reschedule" after I had already taken time off of work. They rarely answer the office phone and in the rare occurrence they do, you are met with rudeness, as if you are bothering them. They have repeatedly over charged for services, as my dental insurance company has informed me. When I brought this to their attention I was told they over charge "because they are the best". Ha, what a joke. I urge anyone who is considering going here to go elsewhere.September 08, 2017by Lisa Lepore
